Hands up who wants to work in a start-up? How about one that offers a real chance to make an impact, listens to your ideas and helps you grow with the company? Still not tempted….? What if we throw in flexible working, a central London location in a thriving start-up scene, generous holiday allowance, competitive salary, a shiny MacBook Pro….oh and free Bagel Tuesdays…?!
We are growing and that means we need talented people urgently. At the moment we are looking to hire a Graduate Web Developer who can hit the ground running and get involved in big projects with exciting clients. You will be knee deep in our projects that include work on Smart Cities, Big Data, IoT and solving real-world, industry problems using new and disruptive technologies and data.
We’ll need someone who is all over this type of tech:
- AngularJS 1.5/2.0 (or equivalent experience with another front-end framework e.g. react.js)
And we definitely need you to hold a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. computer science, physics or maths (2:1 and above, held or predicted).
As we love all things maps, GIS and Location Intelligence it would be great news if you also had a hand in some of the following:
- Principles of vector-based web maps
But don’t worry if you don’t… If you have a thirst for learning and like the idea of being part computer geek, part entrepreneur then you will fit in well with us.
The successful new Emu (candidate) will have a variety of day-to-day tasks including developing new features, demoing software for clients, managing the rollouts of changes to existing live environments and helping to design brand new apps and portals. We will be offering you on-the-job training and will support you in developing new skills. Want to get into Augmented Reality for example…so do we, and we’ll help you skill up and use it on the job.
We also offer our team 2 charity days a year to be spent helping the charity of your choice.
Still reading and maybe just a teensy bit interested? Well fire your CV and a covering letter at our Emu inbox and we’ll go from there. Oh and if you have some mind meltingly amazing work you want to show us, even better.
