Autumn is approaching and as we look back on the summer with fond memories we are also looking back at one of our early blogs. Keen Emu blog readers may remember we had an intern Alice Millard who wrote a blog in May 2016 all about fly tipping. We thought it was a good time to revisit this topic as it is still a massive and costly issue that has not gone away. New report reveals an 83% shortfall in the required number of charging points for Electric Vehicles by 2020

Today Emu Analytics, a leading data science and software company, have published a White Paper titled ‘A Sustainable Future. Preparing for Electric Vehicles’ that identifies that by 2020 an additional 83,500 charging points will be required to meet the demand from electric vehicles (EVs). To date there are 16,500 charging points. There needs to be an 83% increase in the number of charge points by 2020 to meet the demand form EVs in the UK.
